The National Association of Women in Construction believes education is a key component in developing a strong and educated workforce, providing a benefit for both the employer and employee.

The NAWIC North Central Region Forum is a great example of a professional development opportunity available to all women in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Each year we travel to a new city, offering numerous sessions and workshops, and the Forum brings notable people in the AEC industry and related fields to educate and inspire those who attend.

This year’s Forum is designed to highlight strategies, spotlight technologies and increase awareness of innovation and next step initiatives in the build industry.

AIA Detroit is also supporting this years forum to help provide education across disciplines
